The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I was feeling so tired of Winter and decided to paint some Bluebonnets. I thought it would be nice to make it a textured painting. I used clear acrylic gel medium to create this.

She began taking an acrylic art class in March of 2011, but has been painting and drawing since childhood. Most of her work so far has been commissioned pieces.
